Description: Ready to experience one of the most beautiful and remote drives in the world? This week we overland one of the most challenging routes we have conquered on our entire trip since leaving Canada in Sept 2017! This pass is known as the Lagunas route and it will bring us high up in elevation (5000 m) as we cross 400km of barren landscape through the Andes mountains from Bolivia into Chile! We have been looking forward to this drive for months and we have driven 50,000 miles to get here! We have been told we CAN'T do this without a 4 wheel drive and it is not advised to do this in a personal vehicle... let's see how it goes! We are Max & Lee + Occy.
